About Pine Tree Mall

Pine Tree Mall is located in Marinette, WI at Roosevelt Road and HWY 41, sixty miles north of Green Bay on the Wisconsin/Michigan border, one hour from the home of the Packers. The Mall is 312,181 square feet with available leasing spaces that range from 5,000 – 44,000 square feet.

Marinette County ranks among the top 20 destinations in the state for tourism, bringing in $1.3 million in annual revenue. The area is rich with cross-country skiing and snowmobiling activities during the winter season.

Shipbuilding is a major industry in the Marinette/Menominee area. Lockheed Martin Corp. and Marinette Marine Corp. recently received a $697 million contract to build two Freedom Class LCS (Littoral Combat Ships) at the Marinette shipyard. In addition, the State of Wisconsin has awarded a $5 million grant to develop the WI Maritime Center of Excellence to solidify the strong economic growth for this industry. Tyco Inc., another major employer in the region, has invested $10 million in their Center for Excellence, which created hundreds of additional jobs, including high paying engineering positions. Tyco is now expanding their Burn Division, creating 60 new jobs. Waupaca Foundry, Kimberly Clark, KS Kolbenschmidt, Anchor Coupling and Lloyd-Flanders Furniture are also major employers in the market.

In recent months Marinette has seen an increase in activity in the market. Recent announcements include a new hospital merger between Aurora Health Care and Medical Group with Bay Area Medical Center which will result in the construction of a new hospital. Bellin Health announced that they will be building a new outpatient clinic. Both sites are in close proximity to Pine Tree Mall.

Marinette offers an inviting environment to the region with numerous entertainment activities, local festivals, art fairs, concerts, plays, five 18-hole golf courses and a strong event schedule at Pine Tree Mall.
